At SAIC, our Help Desk, Service Desk and System Administrators are essential to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Whether troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts or ensuring the security and performance of our networks, our team members are at the heart of our mission-critical operations.
Our teams are providing technical expertise to HHS, DOD (Army, Navy and Air Force), Homeland Security and other federal agencies. Basic Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience
- Active clearance preferred (but not always required)
- Preferred Certifications: Security+, A+
