Bring your big idea to the SAIC table! 

The SAIC Research Fellow Program is an internal competition where employees pitch ideas to SAIC Fellows, a team of senior leaders. If your idea is selected for further development, you have the opportunity to bring your concept to life over the course of eight months with the support of funding and other resources. Approximately 24 ideas are selected based on alignment with SAIC goals and strategies as well as creativity. 

 

Those who are accepted into the program receive the following benefits: 

• Exposure to the SAIC's top thought leaders at the Research Fellows Technical Exhibit (TReX) and at the Tools, Techniques and Technology (T3) Conference
• One on one relationship building with an SAIC Fellow for one year to help shape and guide idea development

 

Eligibility

• Open to all SAIC employees—direct and indirect
• All SAIC employees are eligible to submit a research proposal in the first quarter of the year
• Ability and willingness to invest some personal time in your project

    Tools, Techniques & Technology Conference (T3)
