SAIC is a longtime partner to the U.S. Navy’s Undersea Warfare technical community.  We are a large prime contractor supporting Undersea Warfare clients in the greater Virginia, Newport, RI, and Keyport, WA areas.  Our clients are in Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, and Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport.

Our history of providing the highest quality technical support to these programs has resulted in the recent award of numerous new contracts that include:

  • Development/production of US Navy torpedo testing equipment
  • Building MK 48 torpedo after body tail cones and fuel tanks
  • Operating the Propulsion Test Facility for torpedo test
  • Designing and modernizing anti-torpedo defense systems
  • Digital Engineering across the design and sustainment lifecycle, powered by AI/VR
  • Providing hardware and software engineering design support for tactical systems and electronic warfare systems.
