Meet our people


Matt, an Army Veteran with almost 10 years of experience as an intelligence analyst, works as a target digital network analyst focused on exploiting targets, using emerging tradecraft, and collaborating with other intelligence agencies. He really enjoys seeing the impact of his work used in active operations across the world.

Kathy has over 33 years of Intelligence Community experience with a background in covert communications, virtual operations, and management of large IT, analysis, language, and “special” programs. As a program director, she enjoys knowing that her team supports mission critical requirements that are often briefed to and commended by the highest levels of our government. She welcomes challenges and competition, forms reputable relationships with teammates and customers, builds business practices on integrity and ethics, and considers employees her number one priority.

Ian, who has 15 years of experience in the Intelligence Community, serves as a program analyst manager, partnering with customers to provide technical and staffing support to mission requirements and objectives while ensuring employees have everything they need to perform at a high level and progress in their careers. He enjoys the challenges of assisting in the hiring process of interviewing candidates and building a very unique talent cadre of professional analysts. Ian is also extremely passionate and an active supporter of SAIC’s community outreach programs like Building Homes for Heroes and Feeding America.
