FAA Controller Training Solutions (CTS)
SAIC has been awarded the FAA's Controller Training Solutions (CTS) contract.
We will provide training and training-related support services to help air traffic controllers manage national airspace and deliver a safe experience to U.S. air travelers.

SAIC will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting air traffic control towers, Terminal Radar Approach Control Facilities (TRACON) and En Route Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC)
- Providing classroom, simulation, and specialized training services to help the FAA develop the next generation air traffic controller workforce
- Supporting the current staff of certified professional controllers (CPCs)
- Working with FAA to design, develop, and deliver new and enhanced training courses leveraging the SAIC Integrated Training Edge (SITE) platform that integrates and delivers learning technologies focused on performance outcomes, including our award-winning gaming program
Job locations include 200+ FAA facilities nationwide.
