Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA. This is an exciting opportunity supporting a United States Federal Agency with unique mission needs. We are seeking an individual to join the team who is fully committed to the success IT programs and bringing the best innovation, implementation, and attitudes to the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Propose, develop and implement standard procedures to include change control procedures and division support procedures
  • Interact with technical and engineering teams to assist with program needs as required
  • Provide support to Customer meetings and contribute to completing action items
  • Development and maintenance of contract deliverables and other program documents as required
  • Analyze data and implement quality control measures to ensure success of the program
  • Identify program needs and identify process improvement practices as appropriate
  • Prepare and provide documentation and/or training materials as needed to facilitate implementation of suggested changes.
  • Promotes, tracks, and measures compliance with program changes by creating and implementing appropriate data collection, reporting, and/or recordkeeping processes.
  • Support team processes such as onboarding and security procedures, tracking annual training requirements, and maintaining team rosters
  • Collaborates with employees to facilitate successful implementation of new systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate/Assist with all hands team event

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 6 years or more of related experience. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain USMS Suitability public trust prior to start. 
  • Detailed organizational skills and competency in MS Office applications.
  • Effective Oral and Written Communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate ability to receive assignments with general instruction and establish goals to meet project objectives and schedules.
  • Experience developing, reviewing and baselining documentation prepared in compliance with Customer requirements.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.

Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Service Now is a plus
