Description
SAIC is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support the TSA customer in Washington D.C. Come join our team of professionals that provide TSA with information to support the procurement/rollout of new screening technologies and procedures to keep our transportation system safe.
This hybrid position is primarily remote, but will require 1-2 days a week in office in Washington D.C.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Writing reports that explain data results and their associated impacts
- Creating test plans and data collection strategies
- Managing large datasets in relational databases (MS-Access and SQL Server)
- Conducting statistical analyses utilizing Python and/or R
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute workload to meet requirements and deadlines
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must be able to obtain a DHS suitability clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python and/or R
Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
