SAIC has a career opportunity for an experienced scientists, engineers, and analysts. We are actively staffing a newly awarded, 5 year contract based in Fort Meade, MD. This multi-year contract needs you to fill highly skilled mathematicians, data scientists, engineers, collection managers and analysts. As a Signals Analyst, you will be a part of a team that provides database analytic support to Electronic Warfare community to help resolve discrepancies between observed and assessed information to ensure database quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data manipulation and tagging to support extended-enterprise collaboration, information sharing, and the FMS program.
• Perform technical reference file training to a worldwide user base.
• Assist in testing and evaluation of CED functions.
• Perform quality control of the databases for all current and legacy systems.
• Perform data sanitization, dissemination, and distribution of technical reports
• Provide feedback on intelligence collected to improve the quality, quantity, duration, and appropriateness of collection activities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Degree and Relevant year of experience:
  • AA and 10 years of experience or,
  • BA/BS and 8 years of experience or,
  • MA/MS and 6 years of experience or,
  • PhD and 4 years of experience
• Relevant Experience includes:
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and applications of communication theory to include signal processing, decision theory, estimation theory, modulation-demodulation, multiplexing, forward error-correction, and randomizers.
  • Knowledge of collection capabilities, limitations, and conflicts for all platforms and sources; knowledge of data flow to ensure collection volume and quality.
  • Experience with data processing using mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, and display tools.
