JOB DESCRIPTION:
SAIC has an immediate opening for an Information Technology (IT) Requirements Manager to evaluate and quantify technical assessments and coordinate cost impacts assessments with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the future use of IT by SIGINT and GEOINT mission customers. The successful applicant will participate within a team of Systems Engineers and Technical Advisors (SETA) to work with mission customers to help translate mission needs into requirements for technical implementation and IT budget forecasting. The successful candidate will work with mission customers through a series of Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to clarify and document needs, and then communicate those needs to IT Service Providers for planning purposes.

On the job training will be provided in the customer’s specific Systems Engineering processes and knowledge domain, but the successful candidate must be able to:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors in a STEM related field and two (2) years or more experience; Masters in a STEM related field and 0 years related experience
