Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for a Policy Analyst supporting the Headquarters Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, Office of Strategy, Planning and Policy (AF/A10P), International Treaties and Agreements Branch (AF/A10PI). Work is performed both onsite at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and telework/remote.

Qualifications
Required Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree and three or more years of related experience or Master’s Degree and one year of related experience
Required Experience/Skills:
- Knowledge of the organization and functions of the Department of Defense
- Expert user of MS Word, Excel, Point Power and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Demonstrated research, analytic, and writing skills required
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of Air Force processes highly desirable
- Knowledge of arms control treaties (Biological Weapons Convention, Chemical Weapons Convention, Conventional Forces in Europe, New START, Vienna Document and related areas) and nuclear issues are strongly preferred
