Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC, a leading provider of targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering & integration, systems development & deployment, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community, is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance.
SAIC is seeking experienced SIGINT Domain Technical Analyst across various levels to support a program with direct impact to our country’s national security. These positions are located in Fort Meade, MD. The positions require an active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
The successful candidates will provide analysis and expertise for Government use in defining, developing, and documenting operational, maintenance, and logistical concepts leading to the development of prototypes, proofs of concept, modeling and simulations, system requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Must be familiar with and have experience operating tactical SIGINT Collection systems and tools and be capable of operating, demonstrating, and training on current or prototype intelligence, information assurance, or cyber security systems under test or in use in field or garrison locations. TA's will conduct and contribute to technical studies, analyses, and evaluations of technical mission needs and make recommendations to support decision-makers. Must have an in-depth understanding of the US SIGINT System, export issues, and SIGINT Systems collection and processing facilities and be capable of maintaining extensive interaction/working relationships among various representatives of the Intelligence Community (e.g. military services, Second and Third Party customers and vendors).

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Opportunities exists for TAs in levels 1-3 as outlined below:
*some TA positions may require three (3) yrs of SIGVEV experience within the last five (5) yrs in the voice and data comms technology areas. This will be Task Order dependent.
