SAIC is actively seeking a Intelligence Collection Manager to support MARFORCYBER contract at Ft. Meade in Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Intelligence collection process and inter-office communications between the Intelligence Community, organic collection teams, and multiple support military headquarters Intelligence centers at the TS/SCI level.
- Contribute to the creation of intelligence collections strategy, develop intelligence indicators, submit collection requirements to theater and national intelligence activity, and support the triage and dissemination of information to the appropriate consumer.
- Advising the Intelligence Officer and Operations Officer and other groups in the planning and submission of intelligence requirements.
Qualifications
Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Required skills:
- 5 years of experience supporting intelligence collection within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Law Enforcement Community, including 2 years of collection management experience; Or minimum combined 3 years of experience in intelligence collection and collection management within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Law Enforcement Community operations
- Experience utilizing a variety of data sources, applications, and programs to collect, analyze, and identify potential information of interest.
- Experience drafting documents and presenting information in a clear and accurate manner.
- Ability to interact effectively and confidently with professionals at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of all-source intelligence analysis and production procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adhere to oversight and compliance requirements
