SAIC is seeking an experienced Military Operations Liaison to provide program support of the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability program between Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) and United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7. This position will sit in Pearl City, Hawaii. 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development of Strategic Operations, Activities and Investments in support of the Geographic Combatant Command Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Campaign (PMTEC) Plan.
  • Support the development of operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC.
  • Ability to work across other Services components
  • Flexible personality and approach to work: self-motivated and willing to multi-task. 
  • Assist in the development of products that articulate Service contributions to the PMTEC program.
  • Contributes to the development of new concepts and investments to further link ranges and training areas across the Indo-Pacific.
  • Develop briefings and assessments to a variety of audiences, and convey information in a clear and articulate manner to Government leadership.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in military (USA preferred) operations and training activities.
  • Knowledge of military planning and requirements generation processes.
  • Experience with in the Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments.
  • Experience with exercise planning
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and work independently

Clearance:

Candidate must have an active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
