SAIC is seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst, Journeyman to support the US Navy and our Patuxent River, Maryland customer. The level of effort in our customer team is due to significantly increase and we are preparing our team to support multiple concurrent integrations across a high number of platforms. This analyst will be responsible for the following:

       •      Conducts quantitative analysis

•       Builds and manipulates spreadsheets

•       Provides financial and/or accounting support to the activity

•       Assists program/project personnel with financial tracking, spend plans, budget formulation, budget execution, financial data calls and overall financial support for multiple appropriations

•       Collects and analyzes data utilizing NERP to upload data and track project and program funding

•       Enters and reconciles Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) data

Qualifications

***This position REQUIRES U.S. citizenship and, at minimum, an active DoD interim secret-level clearance. All candidates without an active clearance will be immediately disqualified.*** 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• BA/BS degree
  • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Associate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category;
  • OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have working experience of NERP
• Must have working experience of CSPT
• Must have experience working within a NAVAIR PMA
• 3 -10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description

Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
