We are seeking a Geospatial Analyst to assist in providing support to exploitation, intelligence analysis, and product development using sensitive GEOINT sources.

An ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment that often requires multi-tasking and changing priorities, and demonstrate comfort in interacting with multiple office analysts and mission partners on analytical functionality,  exploitation, and related support tools. 

 

In this role you will:

  • Identify, develop, and submit collection requirements to support answering key intelligence questions or operational support
  • Compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information
  • Conduct independent and team-related geospatial analysis
  • Report using traditional and sensitive GEOINT data in order to obtain enhanced intelligence findings
  • Assist in integrating sensitive GEOINT collection and analysis.
  • Present results in the form of datasets, visualization, and models for inclusion in non-standard and formal intelligence analysis products, such as Remarks, GN’s, Cables, and NIBs.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing.
  • Assist in assessing and integrating data and analytical tools to facilitate compatibility and greater efficiencies analysts

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience; or equivalent
  • Have attended a basic Intelligence Course
  • Experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry.
  • Experience using RemoteView, ArcGIS, Socet GX
  • Experience working with large structured data set
  • Experience reading and understanding intelligence issues,military affairs, and use GIS to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products to solve problems.

Desired:

  • Experience with:
    • statistical/mathematical analysis applied to GEOINT
    • Working cross-IC
    • Conducting data mining using IC databases, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources within the past 3 years.
    • Working with intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information within the past 3 years.
