Description

The position will provide security and administrative support services as part of the Vanguard 2.2.1 PMO Security team.  Coordinates routine and transactional functions in support of industrial and government security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company regulations and policies.  Areas of responsibility include programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, equipment, and/or personnel and physical security.  Process security information and data for employment records, security clearances, visit authorizations and property control.  Maintains controlled security documents and information.

This role temporarily allows a hybrid remote schedule due to Covid 19 which may require a few days per week in the office.  Associates could be asked to return to the office full time at the request of the customer.

Description of Duties: 

  • Processing new and departing employee’s security actions to include government furnished equipment such as PIV Cards, Smartphones, RSA Tokens, Laptops and official Passports.
  • Process and managing paper and data records related to CTPs/TAs and EWW requests. 
  • Updating data in employee records in various database applications
  • Assist with basic facilities activities such as seating and escorting seating assignments
  • Provide support as required for company facilities supporting the contract
  • Monitor personnel security clearances using DISS/JVS

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree.  
  • 1 year of data entry related activities. 
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong customer service
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Required Clearance

  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.
