Join a winning team!  SAIC’s National Security and Space (NSS) Sector is currently hiring for a customer within the Intelligence Community (IC) in Chantilly, VA. This customer is responsible for designing, building, and operating national security-related systems based in space, in the air, and on the ground. NSS Sector has an opening for an Executive Assistant to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services to an IC customer. The customer organization we support provides the enterprise architecting, analysis, and systems engineering solutions that determine the current and future national space systems. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Communicates with enterprise wide partners, executives, administrative and line management employees.
• Demonstrated experience with basic office software tools, such as MS Office.
• Ability to perform advanced administrative duties with exposure to sensitive information necessitating tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
• Strong project management skills, emotional intelligence, and integrity are essential for this position. In addition, the candidate must be comfortable working in a high energy, collaborative, diverse, professional environment.
• Must be team-oriented, have the ability to work with other professionals collaboratively, possess agility and the desire to adapt to constantly changing demands and new tools/technologies,
• demonstrate a capability to take on new and unfamiliar tasks and have a tremendous interest in playing a significant role as a member of the leadership team.
• Advanced proficiency at multi-tasking and managing priorities for senior leadership team members is required.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and 10 years of related experience; Maters and 8 years or more experience; PhD and 5 years or more experience; in lieu of education 4 years of experience.
