SAIC’s dojo team is looking for a DevOps Coach to work full time on-site in southern California with a highly engaged agile transformation lead who “gets it” and their leadership team. This is a long term opportunity that involves obtaining a Top Secret clearance on the job.

• Coaching senior leaders and executives through the execution of large scale DevSecOps transformation
• Coaching to increase organizational outcomes, flow and competence
• Creating DevSecOps generative cultures with psychological safety
• Building relationships to co-create and collaborate with people at all levels and roles
• Coaching, teaching, facilitating or mentoring at scale
• Coaching in scaled, and small team agile frameworks; such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum and Kanban
• Designing and facilitating value stream mapping events for lean and enterprise formulation
• Applying human centered design in remote visual collaboration tools such as Bluescape, Miro and mural
•  Coaching technical context and shifting security left into DevSecOps pipelines
• Creating learning outcomes and content in development of micro and experiential learning
• Coaching named agile roles as part of a long-term change sustainment strategy
• Working with expert DevSecOps coaches and knowledgeable clients in an outcome-based approach to solving hard problems

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance as needed
• Bachelors degree in science or engineering (or equivalent experience), and 14 years or more experience in the field/industry; Masters and 12 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 9 (nine) years or more experience
• Experience as DevOps Coach at both team and enterprise levels
• Graceful customer interaction skills
