SAIC’s Operations Lead will work directly with the PM and DPM to execute core programmatic and administrative tasks on existing and new IDIQ contracts.  The Operations Lead must be comfortable working in a dynamic Program Management Office (PMO) with daily interactions with the COTR and staff supporting the contract.  The highly organized individual will be responsible for establishing processes to support PMO and contractual growth; monitoring the program for quick reaction activities; developing reports for monthly contractual status reports and programmatic reviews; generating reports for corporate financial invoices and time keeping; supporting travel requests for contractual staff; and, tracking other key requirements and program deliverables.  Representing SAIC and the PMO with a positive attitude and the utmost professionalism are paramount for the role.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five (5) or more years of experience supporting project management related activities as program integrator, project integrator, project manager, program manager, executive administrator or similar.
  • Communicating and working with PMO, CO/COTR and contractual staff to perform administrative activities and outreach to assist with contract execution
  • Developing reports to support programs such as monthly status reports, primavera reports, and staffing reports
  • Implementing business strategies to support growth and developing processes to control activities on contract with guidance from PM and DPM
  • Working closely with PMO to coordinate activities and to respond to stakeholders in a very timely manner
  • Creating and assisting with project documentation, such as personnel updates, staffing metrics, project management plans, etc.
  • Briefing program status and other relevant data to key stakeholders associated with the contract
  • Working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an expert level
  • Excellent writing skills are required to respond professionally to customer requests

• Desired:
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP); AWS, Azure, or Oracle cloud; Certified Scrum Master (CSM); and/or ITIL
