Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for a Social Media Analyst. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the social media landscape, be detail oriented, work well in team environments and be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels providing superior customer service within the customer organization.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of social media and online platforms
- Fundamental understanding of the internet and activities that impact digital footprints
- Knowledge of fraud detection methodologies
- Understanding of online communications– both web-based and mobile
- Understanding of mobile technologies and applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytic, critical thinking, research skills, and investigative skills
- BS Degree and 9 years of relevant intel analysis experience
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
