Description
SAIC is seeking a Executive Assistant for a senior level office supporting the Defense Theat Reduction Agency, FT Belvoir, VA. Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support for planning, implementing, and evaluation programs activities that shall include developing and coordinating the Strategic Integration Directorate's responses to internal and external taskings via the Enterprise Information System (EIS), using the Defense Travel System (DTS) to coordinate travel in support of the SI, editing documents, obtaining documentation and following-up on open action items, recording meeting notes and the production of meeting minutes. Provide other ancillary, within scope administrative duties coordinated in advance between contractor PM and government COR.
Provide knowledge management services to include creating new SharePoint pages, managing access to, improving the design, organization and ease of use, and posting new or changed information to the Directorate’s SharePoint or other web-enabled sites.
Assist government personnel with domestic and international travel to accomplish mission requirements efficiently using the Defense Travel System (DTS) in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Candidate will be responsible for DTS travel entry, coordination, and reconciliation.
Track and analyze office workflow tasks using the Enterprise Information System (EIS) tasking system (NIPR/SIPR).
Provide office management support including correspondence development.
Facilitate strategic engagement planning and visit request.
Manage executive schedules and de-conflict events.
Manage civilian timekeeping
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelors and six (6) years of experience.
Specialized experience including military or industry executive assistant experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements
Strong problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and proven ability to communicate and work with Senior Executives efficiently and effectively (to include experience interfacing/communicating with Senior Executive leadership in government or industry.
Strong familiarity with EIS and DTS.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience writing and editing memos and correspondence.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Clearance:
Active Secret, able obtain Top Secret /SCI
