Assist with Budget Formulation activities: write Resource Planning Documents, OST/OMB/PresBudg Exhibits (Blue/White Sheets), write narratives and justifications, track CIP and budget changes, develop and manage the Spend Plan, interact w/AJM-1 and the CIT, coordinate directly w/the PM, and monitor the JRC Baseline Change Decision request.
Assist with Budget Execution activities: prepare PRs, update the Spend Plan, review Prime Vendor invoices and maintain tracking sheet, update Activity 5 Spend Plan, run Delphi and PRISM reports, respond to data calls, and provide weekly brief-out at the Team meeting.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics or related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in budget formulation and budget execution.
Strong client management skills and presentation abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a flexible personality, self-motivated and willingness to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
NAS experience and familiarity with the FAA’s Acquisition Management System a plus.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
