SAIC is seeking a Systems/IV&V Testing Engineer to provide application support within our customer's Foreign, Screening, Vetting, Tracking, and Analytics Division. In this role, you will participate in all phases of software development with an emphasis on analysis, testing and integration.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results
• Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports
• Create IV&V/manual test cases
• Perform Regression and Functional testing
• Develop automated test scripts as well as the test architecture
• Support integration of automated test activities into DevOps practices
• Perform the development of test cases and test scripts and actively engage in executing these activities in a hands-on fashion
• Lead/perform testing to validate requirements and integration
• Participate in requirements management activities; conduct analysis of user needs to determine non-functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements
• Perform functional analysis and allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
• Use standard Requirements Management, Testing, and Defect Management tools (e.g., JIRA) to create and manage test cases, test scripts, test results, and defects and provide traceability back to requirements
• Works with other test organizations to support T&E integration

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• 14+ years of experience; with at least 5+ in a software testing role
• Experience in:
  • IV&V, Regression and Functional Testing
  • Automated test experience using a programming language (e.g. Java or JavaScript)
  • Creating  software scripts/development 
  • GUI automation

Desired:

• 3+ years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI

• Highly motivated and analytical with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to conduct independent research to lead or support the resolution of complex questions and issues

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
