The SAIC Corporate Compensation team is seeking a Compensation Principal with experience in compensation program design, analysis and administration to support SAIC’s talent and culture strategy. This is a remote position.
This position provides broad opportunities in the following areas:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or working toward CCP certification.
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience. Will consider additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
