SAIC is rapidly growing a System Integration team to deliver a new, complex space and ground system in support of National Security. We currently have opportunities on site at our ground segment developer’s location in the Denver CO region. This program is leveraging best practices in model based system engineering, Digital Engineering processes and technology, and agile software development, in a DevSecOps environment. This multi-year contract will require energetic engineers to define and integrate major a space system and its associated ground elements from concept to an operational enterprise.

We are looking for creative talent with familiarity in ground systems including mission planning, mission processing, telemetry, tracking and control, ground terminals and operations centers. This new system will be developed using agile best practices within a cloud based development environment. You will:

• Assist Segment-level execution teams with Program Increment Planning, Integration, and Demonstrations
• Take an active role in Segment-level Working Groups and IPTs where you will help to define the system architecture
• Participate in systems integration planning and events
• Work closely with the Chantilly VA Systems Integration team to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Current TS clearance, TS/SCI preferred

• Bachelor's degree in engineering science discipline related technical field and 4 years additional or a master’s degree and years 2 years or 8 experience in lieu of degree
• Experience supporting ground systems development, integration, or test activities/events
• Experience participating in or leading Agile/SAFe events with software development contractors

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Agilist (SA) or Program Consultant (SPC) 5.0+

Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
