We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our team!

Typical duties of the Lead Data Scientist include:

• Serve as primary Point-of-Contact for TO FIP/AI/ML and Graph analytics activities, working with all agile teams to facilitate a coordinated analytics strategy, including designing deployment architectures, developing user training, and shared knowledge and data models and building and prioritizing backlog for future machine-learning enabled features.
• Capture requirements related to data and analytics. Design, develop, validate, and deploy Forensic, Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Graph solutions, and refine them into specifications that employ a broad range of algorithms, libraries, and technologies (such as Elasticsearch, Python, Conda, and Spark) to expose mission-valued insights in high velocity, volume and variety of multimodal data.
• Optimize analytics by identifying, analyzing, and promoting efficient ML techniques such as transfer learning, synthetic data, and automated data tagging calibrated by knowledge models; as well as workbenches, autoML and reusable libraries and frameworks from open source, industry, and academia.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly Preferred
• Bachelor's degree      
• 10+ years of experience
