We are seeking an experienced Requirements Specialist to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team working on a cutting edge program in support of national security objectives. 

The Requirements Specialist will perform the following duties:

• Serve as primary Point-of-Contact for requirements capture and refinement. Participate in SAFe activities and establish relationships with customers and partners to understand and anticipate requirements. Organize requirements capture and refinement with all relevant parties (team members, customers, service providers) using techniques like value stream analysis (VSA), user experience (UX) design, exchange meetings or forums, interviews and job shadowing, establishing common lexicons, and metrics.
• Support Team architects and Client product owners as they prioritize, decompose, and refine product backlog into design specifications with end user stores and metrics-based acceptance criteria to support QA plans. Vet designs prior to implementation to ensure Client approval and mission value.
• Manage requirements tracking through Jira backlog and traceability matrices, supporting planning, iteration planning, course corrections, and (EVM) performance measurement re-baselining to ensure real-time and full transparency to all stakeholders.  Participate with interested stakeholders in sprint reviews and demonstrations to validate what was implemented reflects what was intended.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI poly preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience
