SAIC is currently looking for a License Manager to support our team in Panama City, Florida
Job Description:
- The license manager will need to generally understand IT software and hardware and how it’s licensed (i.e. per node, CALs, service, etc.)
- Projecting future licensing costs
- Provide licensing reporting
- Provide license cost data
- Interact directly with vendors on license agreements
- Manage thousands of licenses for Enterprise level systems
- Work with SMEs regarding licensing requirements
- Provide license impact assessments for hardware and software changes
- Interact with GS13 level customers in person and via email
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors degree and 0 years experience; 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain, maintain and document licenses and licensed users
- Ability to work with vendors on license requests
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with vendors on license requests
Clearance:
Candidate must have the ability to obtain a full Secret clearance. Minimum of an Interim Secret clearance required to start.
