We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team working on a cutting edge program in support of national security objectives. 

 

Typical duties of Quality Assurance (QA) Manager include:

  • Develop QA plans that reflect story acceptance criteria and quality metrics validated by testing database, software function and resiliency, regression, integration, negative testing, error or bug retests, direct API and UI testing, code scans for security vulnerabilities, code quality, technical debt, and limit and boundary testing. Work directly with Lead Data Scientists and other stakeholders to incorporate quality metrics specific into FIP, AI/ML and Graph products.
  • Work with DevSecOps and Automation engineers to automate quality assurance activities to maximize replicability and compliance with standards, including exposing metrics on dashboards for transparency.
  • Use and integrate systems for tracking software defects, ensuring timely responses by team members to ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction, including inputs from ops (monitoring live) and support (monitoring issues and new feature requests).

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; CI poly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience
