SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst for our team in Colorado Spring, CO.

The ideal candidate will report to the Program Manager and will provide internal control support activities in support of government projects and programs assuring operational effectiveness and efficiency, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Performs program set-up, planning, and control on various government type contracts
• Participates in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses
• Participates in preparing cost reports, estimates and cost proposals
• Prepares contract work authorizations
• Prepares/set up of manpower and non-labor forecasts, reports and assists in resource planning
• Will crosswalk labor categories, enter and manage all data into software system (MORADO)
• Ability to analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables, costs on hold, subcontracts on a monthly basis and attend briefings with functional staff to validate current project status
• Ability to build and maintain bottom’s up estimate at completions on all project types, meet deadlines for submissions, certifications and provide management with ongoing status of EACs

Qualifications

Reqired Education:

• Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years experience; four (4) years experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Clearance:

• Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Required Skills:

• Extremely knowledgeable of contract terms (DoD a plus) and conditions and multiple contract types.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), federal budget/government process, and funds management.
• Possess advanced Excel skills and advanced MS Office skills.
• Working knowledge of AMCOM Express and OASYS, DoD Contracting, the Project Control field of practice.
• Ability to complete assignments of moderate complexity on time within a fast paced environment.
• Ability to learn new process tools, multi-task and remain focus with competing time, project manager, SOX and management requirements.

Desired  Skills:

• Candidates must possess a strong background working with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Time and Material (T&M) contracts.
• Working knowledge of Cost Point and Cognos.

Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
