Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Integrator/Scheduling Analyst in Huntsville AL. This person will have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills capable of interfacing verbally and in writing with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Prime Contractor to support the integration and scheduling efforts. This job is a Full Time hybrid role and will work 4 days at the office in Huntsville, Alabama and 1 day remote / virtual.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor DoG radar and interface with other Integrated Product Teams to plan and track programmatic milestones
Maintain integration schedules, acquisition and contracting related documentation, work instructions and procedures
Develop and maintain a logic-linked program schedule on the MDS Project Server identifying critical path
Provide Systems Engineering/analyses expertise and knowledge
Coordinate with MDS-level working groups and Integrated Product Teams and interact with Subject Matter Experts
Identify schedule risks and identify mitigation options
Complete independent technical and programmatic assessments
Update DoG radar Master Schedule Change Log and support SN Configuration Control Board process and programmatic integration/schedule reporting
Collaborate across the MDA organization (including multinational exchanges)
Present technical information to MDA Leadership at various levels
Qualifications
Secret Clearance or higher required
Master of Science or Master of Arts Degree with 12+ years of experience, or BA/BS Degree with 14+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS Degree
Ability to identify, analyze, and document system, design, interface, assessment, and validation/verification requirements to include risk assessments
Experience implementing systems engineering "V" processes
Proficient with Microsoft Office® applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
