SAIC is seeking a candidate to provide Missile Defense Agency (MDA) – System Engineering Test Requirements (DE/SEF) technical support to the Flight Test (FT) Requirements Lead (RL). Execute SEF processes to support the operational tempo (OpTemp) required to implement the Flight Test Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for MDA flight test events. Be responsible for aiding development of flight test requirements, test concepts, test objectives, and test requirements allocation. This job is a Full Time hybrid role and will work 4 days at the office in Huntsville, Alabama and 1 day remote/virtual.

Responsibilities:

• Provide FT system test event coordination and execution support to ensure test planning and data generation are sufficient to achieve test requirements

• Participate in coordination and technical meeting

• Generate Systems Engineering Test Requirements (SETR) products as defined in system event CONOPS and test planning documentation

• Interface and coordinate with test event stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, including Test Objective Memoranda

• Verify correct capture of test requirements for inclusion in MDA test documentation

• Identify, track, and assist in resolution of action items resulting from the test requirements coordination process

• Identify needs of internal and external stakeholders and address their concerns

• Develop and present executive level briefings in accordance with government leadership vision and guidance

• Identify and articulate Courses of Action (COAs), contingency plans, and implementation plans

• Propose and document techniques for improving implementation and execution of flight test event support

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• MS degree in STEM with 12+ years’ experience

• 5+ years of experience supporting the MDA in an engineering capacity

• Active Secret security clearance

• Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
