We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage a portfolio of Intelligence Community programs. The selected candidate is responsible for delivering excellence to our customers, promoting an environment where employees thrive and grow, delivering on financial objectives and growing their business area.  The selected candidate will report to a Division Vice President and will have multiple Program Managers and Task Order Managers reporting to them. The selected candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with their customer’s leadership. The selected candidate will also be responsible for cultivating relationships our competitors, prime contractors, teammates and subcontractors. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing leadership, guidance, training and resources to the Program Managers, Task Order Managers and Individuals Performers on their team,
• Management and oversight of successful cost, schedule, and performance for program and/or business area of responsibility,
• Be the senior point of contact for the customer management team,
• Ensuring the programs and task orders in their business area are proactively and fully staffed with qualified individuals that meet customer needs,
• Continuous participation in staff retention and engagement activities,
• Strategic oversight and active participation in the preparation of all proposals in their business area of responsibility,
• Experience in the proposal room as a content contributor, BOE creator, and color team participant,
• Plan, prepare for and provide presentations to SAIC leadership on program performance, financial performance, strategy and new business pursuits, and
• On contract growth acumen and ability to shape new opportunities - recognize growth and proactively follow up pursuit and close.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance (preferably with CI polygraph)
• Bachelor’s Degree, technical discipline preferred, from an accredited college or university
• Twenty (20) years’ experience as a personnel manager, DPM, Technical Lead or Project Manager on Intelligence Community contacts
• Technical acumen in any of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and/or Data Analytics preferred
• Five (5) years’ experience as a Program Manager of a team of at least 75 people
• Active PMP

Desired:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Technical acumen in any of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and/or Data Analytics preferred
  • Master’s Degree, technical discipline preferred, from an accredited college or university
  • Five (5) years’ experience as a Program Manager of a team of at least 75 people
  • Five (5) years’ experience working with one of the following DIA, NGA or ODNI
