Looking for a Technical Targeting Opportunity that will allow you travel?
We are seeking an experienced Technical Targeting Analyst with an ISR background to provide direct support at an OCONUS location. The Technical Target Analyst (TTA) will have experience in technical intelligence targeting and collection methodologies (e.g. signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, etc.), to include target development, assessment, exploitation, and collection. Other TTA responsibilities include the ability to use a variety of analytical methodologies to support predominantly technical issues (e.g. network analysis, link/relationship discovery and analysis, temporal analysis, and other quantitative methods) and proficiency in describing collection requirements and targeting information to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
The TTA must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure, fast-paced environments, and be able to support long a term TDY.
Additional requirement details to be provided upon interview. This position is 100% travel.
Qualifications
Required:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelors and 9 + years or more experience as a technical targeting analyst
- Geolocation targeting experience
- SIGINT targeting and analysis
- Targeting package experience
- ISR experience
- Ability to work worldwide (incl. hazardous locations), and commit to a long-term TDY
- Must be a self-starter who excels working in teams and individually in high-pressure situations
Desired:
- Demonstrated report-writing skills
- Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods
- Research and analysis experience, as well as the ability to analyze All-Source Intelligence
- Confidence and ability to train junior targeters
