SAIC is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our customer's Mission Capabilities Directorate and execute their business strategies. In this role, you will analyze current processes; facilitate and coordinate collaboration across personnell, divisions, and agencies to help make the business as efficient as possible.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with senior level personnel conveying significant technical matters between organizations and becoming a trusted advisor on policies and acquisition strategies.

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical management and leadership on tasks and assignments
• Lead meetings to review, understand, and make recommendations for new or changes to existing Policies, Standard Operating procedures (SOP), and workflow processes
• Document and communicate new processes and procedures related to operations, budget development, financial planning and forecasting, and customer service fulfillment
• Establish goals and plans, directs and controls activities, and maintain overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met
• Establish goals and plans to meet project objective, prepare and present project status reviews
• Communicate issues and solutions to the Government Lead in a timely and transparent manner

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• Bachelor’s degree
• 20+ years of overall professional experience, to include:
  • 8+ years of experience in drafting, review and revision of policies, procedures and related documentation
  • 3+ years directly managing business operations
  • 3+ years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical writing and work flow process identification and documentation.
• Experience using Agile Scrum Methodology and working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
• IT technical knowledge and experience

Desired:

• Relevant certifications such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Planning and Consolidation, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
