Description
· Provide program support to evaluate management tasks, perform data analysis, provide status reports on various projects, identify best practices/efficiency gains/gaps/ in multiple activities and prepare briefings encompassing such analysis
· Handles the day to day operations of the program assisting with communications, overseeing timelines, suspense dates, reports
· Readily available to respond to questions, concerns, or problems, and ensures timely and effective completion of projects
· Responsible for the quality and efficiency of all work including technical issues and business processes
· Proficient in core business skills, professional communication, writing skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and time-management
· Have the authority to commit the organization in response to the Government's issues, concerns, or problems
· Proactively track and alert Government stakeholders to potential contractual, financial, performance, or programmatic issues
· Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports to Government stakeholders
· Promote innovation, strategic recommendations, and develop new ways of analyzing and reporting data for customers, clients, and coworkers
Qualifications
· A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail
· Possess a flexible personality, self-motivated and willingness to multi-task
· Able to work in a collaborative team environment with varying perspectives and roles including analysts, engineers, managers
· Individuals will be required to contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and cooperative working relationships.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
