JOB DESCRIPTION: A new Customer mission center front office is seeking systems integration, administrative, and ad hoc support to Contracting Officers (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTR) across the mission center. This position will support multiple new acquisitions required to drive forward the new goals and priorities of the mission center. The successful candidate will collaborate and take direction from CO’s and COTR’s to help draft and/or assemble cohesive acquisition packages. Package documents include but are not limited to: Statement of Work or Objectives, Acquisition Plans, Security documentation, Market Research support, Source Justifications, proposal review, and analysis support. The contractor will perform administrative, collaborative, editing, and documenting functions and shall not provide direction on behalf of the sponsor, which is an inherently governmental function. The contractor will also be asked to process basic contract actions such as COTR changes and incremental funding in the government contracting IT system. Contractor will be required to collect data and respond to data calls relevant to contracts and acquisitions.
