SAIC is seeking a Program Business Manager to provide expert-level business operations leadership for our customer's Policy and Capabilities, Science Technology Group. This position will analyze current processes to help make the business as efficient as possible. They will help facilitate the coordination and collaboration of the team with other divisions, Government personnel, contractors and agencies as needed. You will collaborate with Government leadership to execute their business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize innovation tools and tradecraft to investigate pressing IC challenges and help develop potential solutions
• Analyze effectiveness of current and/or proposed solutions to challenges related to artificial intelligence, acquisition, workforce development, data management and future efforts
• Cultivate and maintain a network of IC innovators who can be called upon for expertise and advice for how to best tackle difficult problems
• Enable other teams through innovative processes to better understand the root causes of challenges and develop solutions that can be implemented to overcome these challenges
• Develop comprehensive metrics to measure progress against projects related to the strategic initiatives
• Analyze data to support the development of alternative approaches for IC programs, requirements, and budgets to establish priority objectives, address projected threats, estimate costs, risk and tradeoffs, and identify/minimize resource constraints
• Draft presentations of findings, conclusions, options, and recommendations to IC senior leadership

Qualifications

Required:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI (CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of overall professional experience with:
  • 3+ years directly managing business operations
  • 8+ years of drafting, review and revision of policies, procedures and related documentation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical writing and work flow process identification and documentation.

Desired:

•  
• 3-5 years’ experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
• IT technical knowledge and experience
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Planning and Consolidation, and Project Management Professional (PMP)
