Description
SAIC is seeking a Lead Systems Integrator in San Diego, CA with an active TS/SCI to support a key technical role on a fast paced highly innovative agency led initiative. SAIC is developing its joint all-domain command and control capability and supporting several initiatives across DoDSAIC and leading the development on the next generation Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) for the all Combatant Commands. This next generation system shall employ the latest advancements across the technology spectrum to include AI/ML and distributed architectures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large, complex system of systems design, development and integration projects. This role will require expertise in software (SW) design, development, configuration management, architecture, and large distributed (networked) compute platforms.
Qualifications
Ten (10) or more years of experience with required skills noted below:
Technical leadership, software development, and specific experience with software development in a highly dynamic environment.
Experience integrating large, complex software systems comprised of inputs from numerous vendors
Working knowledge of Mulit-Level Security (MLS) environments
Experience with:
Full stack software development (client and server side)
Languages: Python, C/C++, php, Java Script/HTML
Databases: MYSQL, Accumolo/NOSQL DB
Full life cycle SW development (design, develop, test and integrate)
Real-time performance budgets
Configuration Management Tools and best practices: (Clearcase, svn, git, bitbucket)
SW Integrated Development Environments (IDE)
Must be able to work in a large, cross functional team
Ability to interface with all levels of project management
Desired Skills:
Software experience with Command and Control Battle Management (C2BM) capabilities across numerous warfare domains.
Experience with network layers (OSI layers 1-7)
Experience with modeling and simulation
Work Flow automation (Jenkins -automated test infrastructure)
Understanding multi-domain phenomenologies
REQUIRED EDUCATION/Clearance:
Recent SSBI clearance. Bachelor’s Degree in STEM minimum, with advanced degrees preferred.
