Job Description


SAIC is looking for a Senior-level IT Project Manager to lead the integration, continued development, and evolution of a customer priority Analytic Presentation Web Application, supported by a team of analysts and web developers.  A key element of this position is to work with infrastructure teams who will host the systems, achieve and maintain appropriate security policy and procedures, work with ETL teams to ingest new data types, and lead development team in product enhancements and changes. 

In this high-visibility role, the right candidate must interact regularly with senior customer leadership across multiple Departments, representing capabilities and recommending options to continue the advancement of the project to meet mission.  In fulfilling this element of the position, the right candidate must have the appropriate "soft skills" enabling successful negotiation and relationship building customer leadership, as well as creative thinking to help shape and guide the customer vision for the Web Application.

In additional to the "soft skills," this position will work close with customer ISSMs and other website and data security teams through the course of building an instance of the Web App on the customer-facing system.  The right candidate will have documented experience successfully executing these requirements, rather than managing a team who executed them.  This person must also work very closely with our Web Developer and analyst team, to gather team requirements, understand our mission and product types so they are accurately represented to customer leadership.



  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • A Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, project management, IT, or similar disciple, and 10 years of directly related experience supporting the USG customer, or 15 years of experience in lieu of degree

  • 5 years of demonstrated experience conducting Project Management of IT systems

  • 5  years of demonstrated experience working with USG ISSMs, infrastructure, and security policies

  • 5 years of demonstrated experience conducting ATD, ATO, and A&A processes

  • 5 years of demonstrated experience managing the sprint cycles of ETL and development teams

  • PMP Certified

  • Familiar with customer’s identity data holdings
