SAIC has an immediate opening for an ITIL Managing Professional. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge of the ITIL process domains associated with Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, and Operations Management to shepherd the Service Operations maturity efforts of a Multi-Service Integrator (MSI) and associated IT Service Providers. The successful applicant will participate within a team of Systems Engineers and Technical Advisors (SETAs) to oversee product quality, identify service deficiencies, and mature delivery processes. While current operational emphasis is on ITIL v3, the successful candidate will help chart the customer’s organizational conversion to an ITIL 4 structure.
