JOB DESCRIPTION: 

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The level of effort in our customer team is due to significantly increase and we are preparing our team to support multiple concurrent integrations across a high number of platforms. This Senior Analyst position will be responsible for:

  • Applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzing requirements, status, budget, and schedules. 
  • Performing management, technical, or business case analyses. 
  • Collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to project acquisition and product programs. 
  • Tracking program/project status and schedules. 
  • Applying Government-instituted processes for preparing documentation for PIDs and PMT numbers, change control management and data management.
  • Conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Building and manipulating spreadsheets.
  • Providing financial and/or accounting support to the activity.
  • Assisting program/project personnel with financial tracking, spend plans, budget formulation, budget execution, financial data calls and overall financial support for multiple appropriations.
  • Reviewing and reconciling Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) data.

 

***This postion allows for a hybrid work schedule. Travel to worksite will be minimal, with the ability to work remotely in the MD/VA area.*** 

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

***This position REQUIRES U.S. citizenship and, at minimum, an active DoD secret-level clearance (TS/SCI can be supported/maintained on this work). All candidates without an active clearance will be immediately disqualified.***

  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience. Four (4) additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.  
  • Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the job description is required.
  • An understands budget financial management, appropriation constraints, and funds obligations/expenditure tracking is required.
  • Working knowledge of the Navy ERP and CSPT tools is required.

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
