Description

SAIC is looking for a CDRL manager in support of local Eglin Program Management team. The desired candidate would be expected to manage, track, and perform all CDRL duties for all of our local contracts. Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government guidelines. Prepare Job requisites, coordinate all new hire actions for the team with local and corporate recruiting POCs, and manage out-processing actions for exiting team members. Perform as the local security representative and track all clearance actions, base access, building access, etc. Perform purchase card duties and work closely with the team for procurement actions. Perform as the team equipment custodian, tracking all SAIC/Gov issued items, and order new items required to meet employee work requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of managing, a CDRL Deliverable program for a large contract (templates, file management, tracking of suspenses)
• Previous knowledge of government supply chain management, military equipment management/purchase experience, as well as unit scheduling experience preferred
• Familiarity with government proposals, military base processes, and knowledge of military in/out processing procedures – to include CAC cards, clearances, and base/building access
• Individual must be proficient with  Microsoft Office Suite; primarily MS Word
• Bachelors in Management or Business related degree and four (4) years related experience; Masters and 2 years related experience; PhD with 0 years related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, current or previous clearance preferred
