SAIC has an opportunity for an IT Asset Management Associate Analyst to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) program.
NOTE: This is a telework position. The USACE RITS contract will provide modern and secure enterprise-wide IT support services to approximately 37,000 USACE customers located throughout the CONUS and OCONUS. Services will support the mission needs of USACE’s Headquarters (HQs) located in Washington, D.C., nine Divisions and 43 Districts, to include over 1,500 field and area project offices and two data centers that are currently located in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Hillsboro, Oregon.
The primary responsibility for this position is to support IT Asset and Configuration Management of core managed assets and attributes in the ServiceNow CMDB. This includes asset ordering, asset receiving, inventory, auditing, model management, data entry, reconciliation, and control of managed government furnished IT assets primarily supporting RITS Contract onboarding and offboarding processes and management of enterprise configuration items. Will be a contributing member of the team, to include creating documentation and process improvement activities. Will participate in, and at times spearhead, the resolution of discrepancies of asset/CI attributes and states/statuses in the CMDB.
