SAIC is seeking a Cyber Interoperability Analyst to join our team in Pearl City, Hawaii.

Description:

Provide Cyber Interoperability expertise to the INDOPACOM J651 Multinational Communications Interoperability Program (MCIP).  MCIP is a multilateral command, control, communications and cyber (C4) program for assured interoperability, information sharing, and capacity building that brings together allied and partner nation militaries, United States (US) agencies, United Nation (UN) entities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academia, and industry under the context of a Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) response.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will provide information technology and administrative support to the MCIP.  Travel as advance team for on-site planning and coordination of conference / workshop execution.  Travel required up to three times per year lasting up to two or three weeks per trip.
  • Coordinate activities with US Embassy, host nation militaries, International Humanitarian Organizations and Industry partners in execution of Exercise Pacific Endeavor and its sub-module of Cyber Endeavor in host nations.
  • Coordinate and execute Cyber Endeavor, which is a Cyber Defense Operation exercise designed to build partner nations Cyber Defense Capacity. 
  • Cyber Endeavor planning includes coordination with Cyber vendors and instructors set up and operations of classroom and or virtual environments as well as a Cyber Range.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and six (6) years of related experience; Masters and four (4) years of related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree

Qualifications:

  • Solid Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) background with understanding of C4 architecture, security and networking disciplines. 
  • Experience providing recommendations to MCIP program managers regarding C4 efficiencies / improvements and C4 process  program management.
  • Experience leading and facilitating implementation of approved C4 program improvements.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must be able to work and interface with personnel from multiple nations and cultures.
  • Will be required to travel throughout the Asia Pacific region; travel will be reimbursed in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
  • Preferred – Familiarity with CCMD Staff administrative procedures and processes.

Clearance:

Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance; Secret clearance required to start.
