SAIC is looking to hire a Business Process Analyst in a 100% REMOTE role!

As part of the Infrastructure Enablement Business Office, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technologies, with an emphasis on Information Technology (IT)-related programs. You’ll create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to play a key role in implementing fast and effective change across the company and ensuring digital evolution activities are successfully implemented.  As an OCM Analyst this is an excellent way to learn all aspects of an exciting, growing, and leading government contractor by being at the forefront of our internal IT initiatives.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement change activities related to business processes and technologies.
  • Ensure adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with SAIC Change Management methodologies and processes.
  • Develop project strategies and communication plans including: stakeholder assessment, direct communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, user guides, instructional videos and end-user training.
  • Lead/facilitate meetings with user community to ensure an understanding of the current company culture and jointly develop a change adoption plan.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their employees through transitions.
  • Be a Change Champion for Infrastructure Enablement projects and initiatives
  • Drive change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption throughout our digital evolution.

Qualifications

Minimum Required:

  • BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Technical Writing, Communications or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • 2+ years of experience in organizational change management, program design and implementation
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and / or resource management
  • Must be comfortable in influencing stakeholders in written and oral communications

Target salary range: $75,001 - $85,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
