SAIC is looking for a new C-ATO Cyber Operations Analyst!

SAIC has an opening for qualified cloud engineer candidates to assist in the development of a Continuous ATO solution that provides an integrated suite of tools focused on the goal accelerating the RMF process via the automation of the collection/analysis of security artifacts. The qualified candidate would be a part of a team designing, developing, and deployment the solution and supporting the integrating of commercial technologies such as Splunk and cloud native solutions. Applicants will have some basic and working knowledge of IT systems, cloud, and foundational software development skills, preferably in a wide variety of operating systems. The CATO Cyber Ops position will entail working with the cyber leadership, colleagues, and potential customers to satisfy emergent tasking, ongoing research and extending the C-ATO suite of tools and capability development. The position will function primarily in the virtual environments, however, support maybe required to deploy the tools in classified environments.

Responsibilities: ·

  • Assist in the establishment/maintenance of an agile software development environment. ·
  • Creation and maintenance of automated and secure CI/CD pipelines and development environments. ·
  • Collaboration with the team using agile Scrum methodologies with stake holders to prioritize activities. ·
  • Support the design and deployment of the C-ATO solution using IaC technologies. ·
  • Integration of best in class commercial and cloud-native solutions to achieve target objectives. ·
  • Support integration is identify management systems

 

This position is remote and can be worked anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years applied work experience supporting cloud deployments and infrastructure. ·
  • Proven proficiency in the following: Python, Shell Scripting, SQL, Jenkins, KeyCloak ·
  • Proven proficiency in one or more of the following: Terraform, Ansible ·
  • Proven proficiency in one or more of the following: AWS, Azure, Google ·
  • Security+ or equivalent certification.
  • Must be United States citizen
  • Ability to obtain a secret Clearance

Desired:

  • Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field
  • Cloud Security Certification e.g. CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+ etc
  • Knowledge and experience in RMF and Accreditation processes
  • Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket experience
  • Working knowledge of cloud native offerings/services Education:
  • Demonstrated work experience and success in cyber software development may be substituted in lieu of degree

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
