Description
SAIC, a premier provider of support services to the US Government, is seeking a driven and accomplished systems integrator with IT experience to support an important customer organization to help them achieve their mission objectives. The successful candidate will support a range of programmatic functions to include organizational planning, supporting technical review boards, conducting technical editing, providing business management support, developing schedules and contributing to office-wide communications. The ability to interface with senior leaders is needed.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI & Poly
- Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience developing and updating program strategic plans
- Experience developing and maintaining project management plans addressing project scope, resources, cost, schedule, performance metrics, program management approaches, technical delivery approaches and security
- Experience developing and implementing program management processes to include requirements, resourcing, schedules, configuration management and risk management
- Experience evaluating business processes and developing approaches for process improvement
- Experience with communications and business management efforts
- Experience with program review boards to foster cooperation within and across programs
- Ability to draft and maintaining configuration management for memoranda of agreement and understanding (MOA and MOUs)
- Experience with technical editing to include documenting technical aspects of systems, compiling highlights and communicating mission impact
