SAIC has a potential opportunity for an Enterprise Software Business Analyst to support a NIWC PAC 553 Enterprise Comms and Networks MAC task order.  This position is contingent on award which is expected January 2022.

This role offers permanent work from home/ remote/ virtual work at home.  Candidate must be local to San Diego area with the ability to commute and attend customer meetings if requested.

The Enterprise Software Business Analyst will provide business and technical analysis support to a current customer in the San Diego, CA area. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

     *Please note that due to the nature of this role, any canidate who does not meet each requirement, will be immediately disqualified. Please read each qualification carefully. 

  • Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience.
  • Significant experience supporting enterprise software agreement implementation or other similar work. 
  • Experience in supporting business financial management, including but not limited to spend plan support, budget analysis, and forecasting. 
  • Experience and knowledge of government contract execution, including but not limited to acquisition law and knowledge of DFAR regulations
  • Experience performing following strategic sourcing and enterprise software management activities: 
    • Performing research and recommending strategies and performance metrics, and providing 
    • expertise in the preparation and review of business cases for Enterprise Software Agreements 
    • Analyzing, assessing, reconciling and ensuring the accuracy of vendor-provided product and 
    • pricing lists and software product sales reports 
    • Coordinating conference presentations and meetings and performing setup, configuration, and 
    • operation of video teleconferencing. 
  • Experience supporting efforts to implement IT Asset Management and optimize acquisition of commercial off the shelf (COTS) IT hardware, software, and IT services.   
  • Experience in the development of Integrated Master Schedules and using the following software suites: 
    • Milestones Pro 
    • MS Project 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

  • CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A CURRENT CSCW ELEGIBLE CERTIFICATION. MOST COMMON ARE COMPTIA SEC+ AND COMPTIA NET+ OR A CCNA-SECURITY. ANY CANDIDATE WITHOUT CERTIFICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 

DESIRED:

  • Experience implementing ITAM policy.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Active Secret clearance is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance -- Must be a U.S. Citizen in order to obtain a DoD secret-level clearance.

Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
