Description
SAIC, a premier provider of advisory services to the Government, is seeking a problem-solving and proactive candidate to support an important customer’s operational activities. A passion for mission support, attention to detail in work products, an ability to come up with solutions to challenges and the ability to work with peers and customers to help them achieve mission success is required.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI & Poly
- 14+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to learn quickly about customer activities and be able to develop solutions to problems, anticipating needs and bringing recommendations proactively and creatively
- Experience working with customers to address day-to-day tasks
- Ability to produce reports, as needed, to include project highlights, status and metrics
- Experience gathering and documenting user requirements for technical systems
- Experience coordinating, scheduling and supporting meetings, drafting slides, and supporting the preparation and execution of program management reviews, roadmap reviews, etc
- Experience working across organizational lines to obtain information related to mission activities
- Experience tracking actions and conducting follow-up efforts to ensure closure
- Ability to manage and coordinate onboarding activities for new personnel
- Ability to coordinate with different components to support program calls but initiating, tracking, scheduling and following the customer-driven and defined recruitment process to help them coordinate candidates through a multi-step assessment and interview process
- MS Office proficiency

- Proficiency with the Tableau software
